PureBasket is an informational tool, not a regulatory authority. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product data, risk assessments, or ingredient information is complete, current, or error-free. Our risk analysis is based on publicly available sources and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, dietary, or purchasing decisions.
Users with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific health concerns should always verify product information directly with manufacturers and consult qualified healthcare professionals.
Product information is sourced primarily from Open Food Facts, an open collaborative database. Recipe data comes from TheMealDB. Additive risk data is based on China's national standard GB 2760-2024 and published industry sources. We do not independently verify all data entries and are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The PureBasket name, logo, app design, and proprietary risk analysis engine are owned by Einars Apps. Open Food Facts data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL). TheMealDB recipe data is used under their API terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
PureBasket is a free, ad-supported service. We use Google AdMob (in the mobile app) and Google AdSense (on the website) to display advertisements. These advertising services may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. By using our Service, you acknowledge the presence of advertising content.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, and services (including Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Einars Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on risk assessments, product information, or recipe nutritional data provided by the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
